What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for any merchandise that is damaged or defective. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at cocomosoulwholesale@gmail.com We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons outside of this policy.

What happens if I received the wrong item or if I’m missing an item in my order?

We are happy to exchange any items that you received incorrectly or to ship items that you did not receive with your order. Please email customer service at cocomosoulwholesale@gmail.com with your order number and the item you received incorrectly and/or the item that you need us to ship.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it.
